1. About NidoVoix

NidoVoix is an interactive language learning app designed for toddlers and young children. It is developed by QubitsRealm. The app allows children to learn words in 18 languages through audio and images, and allows parents to create custom language packs with their own recordings and photos.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

NidoVoix does not collect any personal information from children or adults. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
• Birthdates or ages (the parental gate asks for birth year but does not store it)
• Location data or device identifiers
• Usage analytics, behavior tracking, or session data
• Photos, audio, or any content you create (these stay on your device only)
• Account information (no accounts, logins, or registrations)

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to any server:

• Audio recordings — voice recordings you make for language pack buttons
• Images — photos you take or select for buttons
• Language pack content — custom packs you create with labels, audio, and images
• App preferences — your selected active languages and display settings, stored encrypted via iOS Keychain
• Parental consent status — whether consent has been given, stored encrypted locally (no personal information about the parent is stored)

4. No Internet Connection Required

NidoVoix is a fully offline application. It does not connect to the internet for any purpose. There are no servers, no cloud storage, no remote databases, and no network requests of any kind.

5. No Third-Party Services

NidoVoix does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services. Specifically:

• No Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar analytics
• No advertising or ad mediation SDKs
• No crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• No social media integrations
• No A/B testing or experiment frameworks

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

NidoVoix is designed for use by children under 13 and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not collect personal information from children
• Verifiable parental consent is required before a child can use the app
• Parents have full control over all content in the app
• Parents can delete any content at any time
• No data is shared with third parties
• Parents can revoke consent at any time by resetting the app

7. Educational Use (FERPA Compliance)

For schools and educational institutions using NidoVoix:

• No student education records are created, maintained, or transmitted
• All data remains on the individual device
• No student directory information is collected
• No data is shared with any third parties
• The app is available through Apple’s Volume Purchase Program (VPP) for institutional deployment

8. Device Permissions

NidoVoix may request the following device permissions. All are optional and the app functions without them:

• Microphone — used only when you choose to record audio for a button. Audio is stored on-device only.
• Camera — used only when you choose to take a photo for a button. Photos are stored on-device only.
• Photo Library — used only when you choose to select an existing photo for a button. Selected photos are copied to app storage only.

These permissions are only activated when you explicitly initiate the action. The app never accesses the camera, microphone, or photo library in the background.

9. Data Security

• App preferences and consent records are encrypted using iOS Keychain (AES-256)
• All content is stored in app-private directories with restricted permissions
• App data is protected by your device’s lock screen and passcode
• App data is sandboxed by iOS and inaccessible to other apps

10. Your Rights and Controls

You have full control over all data in NidoVoix:

• View — access all content through the parent menu
• Delete — remove any individual recording, photo, or language pack at any time
• Export — save language packs as files for backup or sharing
• Reset — clear all app data from the parent settings
• Uninstall — removing the app permanently deletes all associated data from your device

11. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Since NidoVoix does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
