This policy describes how Qubits Realm LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses third-party platforms and services in connection with NidoVoix marketing and operations. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.
Overview
The integrations listed below are used exclusively to manage NidoVoix’s own accounts and communications. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to third-party platform users.
We connect to the Pinterest API (OAuth 2.0) to manage NidoVoix’s official Pinterest boards and pins. Access is limited to NidoVoix’s own account: creating and updating pins, reading board content, and reading basic account information.
No Pinterest user data outside of our own account is accessed or stored.
Pinterest Privacy Policy
We use the Reddit API to read public Reddit content relevant to language learning and multilingual families for research and community engagement. No Reddit user data is collected or stored by us.
YouTube
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to manage and display NidoVoix’s own YouTube channel content, including reading video metadata and embedding videos on nidovoix.com.
Google / YouTube Privacy Policy
Email — Mailgun
We use Mailgun (subdomain: mg.nidovoix.com) to send transactional and marketing emails. Email addresses are used only to deliver requested communications and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Analytics — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with nidovoix.com. Data collected is anonymized and aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual users.
Data Retention
API credentials and access tokens are retained only as long as needed to operate our marketing channels. No personal data from external platform users is stored by us.
Children’s Privacy
NidoVoix products are designed for families. The integrations described here are used solely for managing our marketing presence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.
